Trans-media project that propelled a fictional political strategist into mainstream news and political culture.

  • Co-wrote the critically-acclaimed satirical novel about politics and the media industry, I Am Martin Eisenstadt: One Man’s (Wildly Inappropriate) Adventures with the Last Republicans, which was published by Farrar, Straus and Giroux (2009)
  • Co-wrote, co-directed and played the Eisenstadt character in a series of videos, including a mock documentary web series entitled The Last Republicans

Our Uncle From The Bronx, New York, NY
Documentary about legendary boxing manager, Stan Hoffman. Work in progress; screened clips at the ShadowBox Film Festival in New York.

  • Filmed at live events, followed subject and conducted high-profile interviews, including former NYC Mayor Dinkins, former NY Governor Patterson, and multiple boxing champions

The Holy Land, New York, NY; Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, Israel
Feature-length film about a rabbinical student who falls in love with a Russian prostitute during a wave of suicide bus bombings. Filmed on location in Israel and theatrically distributed in the U.S., including an eleven-week run at the Angelica Film Center in New York.
