Eitan Gorlin is an award-winning writer, improv actor and director. For his directorial debut in The Holy Land, Gorlin won the Grand Jury Prize at the Slamdance Film Festival and was nominated for an IFP Spirit Award. He also played and co-created Martin Eisenstadt, the famed fake neocon and McCain advisor, and co-authored a critically acclaimed satirical novel in his voice, I Am Martin Eisenstadt: One Man’s (Wildly Inappropriate) Adventures with the Last Republicans. Additionally, Gorlin wrote the script, Burbank Caviar, which Cuba Gooding Jr. directed as Bayou Caviar, for which Gorlin was credited as a producer and the co-writer. The film starred Cuba Gooding Jr., Famke Jannsen and Richard Dreyfuss. Gorlin continues to write for film and television and directs and produces documentary projects.
